Bill deWeese Classroom

classroom.jpgLocated in the Arboretum Visitor Center, this space offers an exceptionally pleasant setting for meetings, retreats and small events. It also houses the Hoyt Arboretum Library and is available for rent by the hour.

  • Windows look out on colorful landscape plantings and distant conifers
  • Capacity for 40 people seated lecture-style or smaller numbers at tables
  • Equipped with wireless Internet access, whiteboard, overhead projector, slide projector and large mechanized projection screen
  • No cooking or refrigeration facilities available but outside food and catering is permitted.

Rental during Visitor Center hours:

  • Regular $45.00/hr
  • Non-profit $30.00/hr

Rental outside Visitor Center hours:

  • Regular $58.00/hr
  • Non-profit $40.00/hr

Visitor Center Hours:

  • 9am-4pm, M-F
  • 9am-3pm, Sat.

Stevens Pavilion Picnic Shelter

Surrounded by Douglas firs, the covered picnic shelter is within walking distance of the Hoyt Arboretum Visitor Center where restrooms and a bus stop are located.

Wedding Meadow

This rustic, wooded glen is located 1/3 mile from the Visitor Center and main roads and offers the feel of wilderness without the 75-mile drive.  

Redwood Deck

Nestled amongst redwoods and sequoias, this natural wood deck offers a serene getaway for intimate gatherings. 

Bill DeWeese Classroom

Located in the Hoyt Arboretum Visitor Center this pleasant room is ideal for meetings, retreats and small events. Large windows look out upon colorful plantings and distant evergreens.
