Donations may be made to the following programs:
Gifts to the collection support the Arboretum trees and plants, including new trees, mulch and other care supplies, gardening, trail maintenance, collection volunteer management, gardening equipment, and capital projects.
Gifts to education support the ongoing education programs of Hoyt Arboretum Friends. The education program provides a variety of services to the community including maps, interpretive signage, the plant reference library, plant identification labels, collection and tour brochures, the Arboretum website, the Plant Inventory Guide, newsletters, community outreach and the Hoyt Arboretum Visitor Center.
Restricted to the Hoyt Arboretum Endowment, gifts to the Conservation program help ensure the health of the current plant collection and will provide a green, growing, diverse landscape to future generations.
Commemorative gifts can be made payable to Hoyt Arboretum Friends (HAF). HAF was formed in 1986 and is supported entirely by individual memberships, donations, special event income, rental income and retail income. Commemorative donations to HAF are tax-decuctible as allowed by law.
