Green Walks

Free Guided Tours of the Arboretum will be given through Portland Parks & Recreation’s Green Walks Program. the next scheduled walk is on June 6, 2009. Those interested should meet in front of the Arboretum Visitor Center at 4000 SW Fairview Blvd. about 9:50 am on June 6.

Specialized Tours

Youth, family, and adult groups (7-100 participants) may plan guided walks with environmental activities or stewardship programs at many sites within the Portland park system including Hoyt Arboretum. Leaders are qualified to meet scouting badge requirements, Oregon curriculum benchmarks, and other program requirements. Dates, activities, and other presentation specifics are individually arranged for each group. Fee: $2/person. Call 503-823-3601 to make arrangements.
