Rental Information

The Bill deWeese Classroom in the Hoyt Arboretum Visitor Center offers an exceptionally pleasant setting for meetings, retreats and small events and is available for rent on an hourly basis.  The room also houses the Hoyt Arboretum Library.

The classroom:

 ~ windows look out on colorful landscape plantings and distant conifers.

 ~ comfortably accommodates forty people seated lecture style or smaller numbers at tables.

                                                             ~ has 6 large fold-up tables and 45 chairs  that can be arranged in any number of ways.

 ~ is equipped with a whiteboard, overhead projector, slide projector and a large mechanized projection screen.

 ~ has no cooking or refrigeration facilities but meetings and events may be catered and/or outside food and drink may be brought in.

 ~ rental proceeds support the Hoyt Arboretum plant collections and programs.

Non-refundable Application Fee         $16.00
Refundable Security Deposit              $125.00

For rentals during Visitor Center Hours:

Non-profit organizations                     $25/hour
Weddings/others                                $40/hour

For rentals after Visitor Center Hours:

Non-profit organizations                      $35/hour
Weddings/Others                                 $50/ hour
