Bill deWeese Library

library-shelves-1.jpgThe Hoyt Arboretum library in the Bill deWeese classroom contains over 800 horticultural reference books and periodicals and is open to the public during Visitor Center hours (9am-4pm Monday through Friday and 11am-3pm Saturday and Sunday, depending on volunteer availability). A full size copy of the original Duncan Plan blueprint is also on display here.

Books may not be checked out, but individuals who want to do research may use the library and the classroom when it is not in use for meetings, classes or other events. To find out if the room is available call 503.823.1649.

In addition, the gift shop in the Hoyt Arboretum Visitor Center carries a selection of books for horticulturalists, gardeners and outdoor enthusiasts.
