Yoga means ‘union,’ and when it’s practiced outdoors the union between nature, humanity, and the elements is powerful. This yoga practice will enhance your physical and emotional well-being through an emphasis on balance, strength, flexibility and connection with nature. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Registration is required, class size is limited.
About the Instructor: Certified Yoga Instructor Brynna Hurwitz teaches Therapeutic Yoga, Site Specific Yoga and Yoga for Brain and Body Health. She is a Yoga for Seniors and Fall Prevention Specialist, Brain Longevity Therapist and has studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Her favorite teaching spot is at the Arboretum!
