Frolic in the vibrant qi of early fall—a season of abundance, golden light, and joyful vitality.
Through playful animal qigong and personal Tree Transformation Cards, you’ll open to insight, movement, and a deeper connection with yourself and the forest.

Your destination is an inspiring group of trees including Chinese white pine, dawn redwood, Japanese red pine, gingko, and others. Each tree carries its own energy, offering wisdom, courage, renewal, connection with our buddha nature, and more. You’ll move as you’re drawn, meeting each tree directly, listening, sensing, and allowing what wants to shift…to shift.

This is not just a walk—it’s a lively, sensory conversation with the trees.

Come ready to play, to feel, and to be surprised by what opens.

Bring a journal or phone memo for the option to record what arises.

  • Class size is limited; online registration is required
  • Registration will close Saturday, October 17th at 10:00am
  • Additional details will be emailed one week prior to the program.

About the Instructor: Flora Rudolph is an artist, entrepreneur, and spiritual explorer whose relationship with trees began with a life-changing encounter with a Douglas-fir in 2007. A traumatic brain injury soon afterward changed the course of her life, but healing came through her connection with trees, opening her to the distinct wisdom of each species. This work led her to create the Tree Transformation Cards, a deck of messages and guidance from trees.

Flora now leads Forest Bathing + Meeting Trees workshops, self-guided experiences, personal sessions, tree readings, online and in-person courses, and offers a periodic newsletter. Explore more at www.meetingtrees.com.

Earlier in her career, she co-founded and directed an arts organization that presented the work of more than 300 artists annually across a range of media and served as Visual Arts Consultant for the City of Eugene.
