The varied plant life of our wild and urban landscapes provides habitat for many small and fascinating creatures, just waiting for our discovery! At this Family Forest Day, join Hoyt Arboretum and local bee experts from Bee & Bloom to see first-hand the amazing bee diversity present in Portland’s ecosystems. 

Stop by for family-friendly educational activities that showcase what bees are, their role as pollinators, and their incredible diversity. Moreover, we’ll also show families how to safely observe their many interesting features and behaviors in the habitats of Hoyt Arboretum and bee-yond!
