Looking for a new way to display beauty with your limited table space? Don’t worry! Weina from Poppy & Finch is all about helping you bring beauty into small indoor or outdoor spaces. Join her to create wall-mounted arrangements featuring dried flowers, seed pods, branches, and native foliage Western Redcedar trees using repurposed embroidery hoops and coffee burlap bags!

You’ll learn about gardening ecologically and which native foliage, flowers, or seedpods you can use for drying. At the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with your own unique wall-mounted dried botanical arrangement for your sweet home.

  • Class size is limited and pre-registration is required
  • Registration closes Satruday, June 20th at 4:00pm
  • Details will be emailed one week before the program date

About the Instructor: Weina Dinata began her career in graphic design and found her passion for native plants through volunteer work. Since then she has combined her artistic skills with a passion for native plants and launched her own company Poppy & Finch. A variety of collaborations, products, educational programs, and more have connected Weina with the Portland community for native plant awareness and habitat stewardship. You can find her around the city at local artist markets with her mini-trailer, teaching educational hands-on workshops at her studios and various venues, or tending to her native habitat-haven garden.
