On September 9, 2023, Hoyt Arboretum Friends hosted our 36th annual Arborists in the Arboretum event! It was an amazing morning at Hoyt, with more than 100 volunteers including professional arborists from 36 companies caring for trees around the park.
Hoyt’s Curator, Martin’s wish list of arborist jobs accumulates over the year, and some critical, specialized care was performed that day to make the Arboretum safer and more accessible for everyone!
