Experience being called by trees and feel their distinctive energies. Each tree has a different energy, just like we do and by learning to meet trees—to know the tree as an alive and aware being—you open latent channels of connection with the living planet and its many life forms. This expands your awareness, empathy, intuitive knowing, well-being and capacity for healing.
This workshop unfolds through four stages of connection: the senses, feeling, meeting resistance, and intuition, all leading to deeper knowing. Through guided exercises, meditation, qigong, and generous use of the Tree Transformation Cards, you’ll discover new ways of connecting with trees, and with yourself.
Please bring a small cloth or pad to sit on, along with a journal or your phone to record insights and experiences.
Whether this is your first Meeting Trees experience or you are ready to deepen an existing practice, this workshop will help you connect more fully with the wisdom and presence of trees.

About the Instructor: Flora Rudolph is an artist and spiritual explorer who discovered the wisdom of trees after a life-changing encounter with a Douglas-fir in 2007. A traumatic brain injury soon after altered her path, but healing came through the trees, leading to the creation of the Tree Cards—messages of guidance from different species. Flora now leads Forest Bathing + Meeting Trees workshops, self-guided experiences, tree readings, online and in-person courses, and a membership community.
