Join Jim Dalton Wednesday afternoons to continue your practice and advance your movements as you build the foundations of mind and body. Learn weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing stances, correct body alignment and posture, and follow coordinated movements. Slow, continuous, circular and flowing positions have been proven to improve mental well-being, balance, self-confidence, independence and overall health.
- No experience is necessary
- Class size is limited; online registration is requested
- Registration closes 30 minutes prior to the start of class
About the Instructor: Jim Dalton has been teaching Tai Chi for Better Balance for more than 15 years. He has worked in senior centers and recreational venues teaching QiGong and Mindful Movement workshops all over the city.
