Casey Clapp, of the podcast Completely Arbortrary, will lead a walk around Hoyt Arboretum’s global tree collection and spotlight tree species that he finds especially fascinating and cool!  He will share facts and features that make these trees top on his list.  This walk is sure to be filled with curious facts, stories, and ecological intrigue as you weave your way through the Arboretum.  The program will conclude with a social hour at Stevens Pavilion with Casey.  Refreshments will be provided.

Class size is limited and pre-registration is required.

About the instructor: Casey Clapp is the co-creator and co-host of the podcast Completely Arbortrary, a weekly podcast about trees and other related topics. An ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, Casey is a modern naturalist focused on education and science communication centered around trees and their impact on the world around them. He specializes in urban forestry and arboriculture and is passionate about sharing his love of trees with the people around him.
