Enjoy the process of nature connection through the creative expression of nature journaling. In this four-week series of virtual classes, learn ways in which to record nature in a way that suits you, whether it be through lists, charts, diagrams, sketches, stories or photos. This four-week series of classes will provide inspiration and prompts for developing a personal practice of expressing your love of nature in a sketchbook or journal. No experience is necessary.

Suggested supplies: a sketchbook suitable for drawing and watercolor; writing tools such as pencils, pens, fine tip markers; colored pencils or small watercolor sets.
About the instructor: Elizabeth Higgins is a watercolor artist and arts instructor who develops and facilitates classes and workshops connecting people to nature, mindfulness and creativity. She is known for her calm, supportive teaching style, and her approach is centered on the beliefs that both nature and creative expression are necessary components of human well-being.
