As we honor our ancestors and embrace the darker days of the year, join us for a heartfelt workshop dedicated to those we’ve lost and miss deeply. While the energy of this season descends, Fall is a natural time to express grief and find solace. From 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, let the tranquil nature of the arboretum soothe your spirit, and allow a calming Qi Gong practice to calm and regulate your energy. This session will guide you through expressive writing practice and a creative mixed media art experience that will transform love and memory into a meaningful and healing creative mixed media collage. Come find comfort, connection, and creative expression in this special time of remembrance.
- Registration closes Friday, November 1st at 4:00pm
- Ticket price includes supply fees
- Class details will be emailed closer to the program date
