Springtime golden yellows and bright pinks shift to vibrant greens while subtle browns provide a distinct background. Grow your nature journal along with Hoyt Arboretum and instructor Elizabeth Higgins as she helps you dive deep into the colors of nature on paper. Each week will be a new range of colors and organisms to focus on including how to add words, poetry, numbers, and other details to your pages.

To register for the series please visit Nature’s Colors on April 7th

Suggested supplies: a sketchbook suitable for drawing and watercolor; writing tools such as pencils, pens, fine tip markers; colored pencils or small watercolor sets. Instructor will be demonstrating with travel watercolors in class. A suggested supply list is available upon registration.
