Start the new year with a new practice of nature connection through the personal expression of nature journaling. Learn ways in which to slow down to observe, notice, reflect and record in a manner that suits you, whether it be through lists, charts, diagrams, sketches, stories or photos. A nature journal is a personal place to grow your relationship to the natural world, and what better time to initiate this practice than the beginning of a new year!
