Learn pruning principles and techniques to control plant size and shape while promoting good health, flowers and fruit. Topics include purpose, good structure, timing, special techniques, circling roots, renewal pruning and when to stop.
Rod Smith received his Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from Iowa State University and has 45 years of experience working at orchards, nurseries and landscaping. He has also taught Home Gardening classes at Portland Community College since 1993.
All lectures will be recorded and available to participants for 48hrs following the class.
