Every plant has a story to share! Learn how the dandelion got its name, why the Douglas fir is not a fir, the tree that held the British Navy at bay, and more with tour guide Roger Nibler. This guided tour of will open your eyes to the histories and mysteries of the everyday plants and trees around us.

Tours occur rain or shine. Dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes for walking on trails, and bring your camera to take photographs! Registration is not required; please meet at the Visitor Center at noon.

Free for HAF members; $3 donation asked for non-members.
