in this inclusive class designed for everyone.
Certified Yoga Instructor, Brynna Hurwitz, is a Yoga for Seniors Exercise Specialist, Fall Prevention Specialist, has studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and taught Yoga and Meditation for over 15 years.
All participants are required to:
- Come 5 minutes prior to class and avoid congregating.
- Wear a face covering for the whole event.
- Maintain 6ft. of distance from other attendees (there will be markers on the floor for attendees to stand apart during class).
- Bring own water and a yoga mat.
By registering below each participant hereby releases Hoyt Arboretum Friends (HAF) and Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) and all its employees, volunteers and other agents from any and all liability for injuries that may be sustained during this program. Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of other participants in the group. In case of illness, accident, or other incapacity, participants are responsible for their own medical expenses, whether or not they authorize them. Activity leaders may decline participation by anyone deemed incapable of safely participating or not properly equipped.
