Our all-volunteer Board of Directors provides governance and support for Hoyt Arboretum Friends.

Hoyt Arboretum Friends is not currently accepting applications for new board members.

If you are interested in being considered for future terms, you can fill in the application form below and we’ll review the information you provide at a later date.

  • Terms for HAF Board members are two years and can be renewed. Board members are expected to attend six board meetings, an annual retreat, major events, and special meetings. We understand that scheduling conflicts will occur, but we expect board members to make most meetings during the year. Each Board member serves on at least one Board committee (External Operations, Internal Operations, and Executive Committee), advocates on behalf of Hoyt Arboretum, helps with fundraising, and makes an annual financial contribution to HAF. The Board meets bimonthly on a year-round basis for approximately two hours. Please check all that apply.
