Important Note About 2026 Dates

Please note that the Stone Circle at Hoyt Arboretum will be unavailable for permit reservations during 2026 due to a trail improvement project nearby.

Stevens Pavilion will only be available weekends effective January 1, 2026, and will transition into full closure September 14, 2026.

While the Stevens Pavilion, Redwood Deck and the Wedding Meadow are still available for permit reservations, it is possible that the sound from heavy equipment may be audible on occasion on weekdays during the late spring, summer and fall. The work site is about 1/3 of a mile from the Redwood Deck and there won’t be any visual impacts of the project at the Wedding Meadow and the Redwood Deck, however equipment storage and fencing will be visible from Stevens Pavilion.

Normal cancellation and refund guidelines apply.
