Rental Fees

Reservations for weddings open in early January of the calendar year for which the booking is made. The first day of bookings begins by prioritizing in-person requests, which is the best chance of securing your preferred park location and date.

Permitting for picnics opens in mid-February for the calendar year.

Stevens Pavilion Picnic Shelter

  • Full-day (8am-9pm) – $655.25

Redwood Deck

  • Half-day (8am-2pm or 3pm-9pm) – $330.00

Wedding Meadow

  • Half-day (8am-2pm or 3pm-9pm) – $313.50

Stone Circle

  • Two-Hour Block (10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm) $224.50

Application Fees and Deposits

Application Processing Fee (non-refundable), based on number of days the fee is processed in advance of your event.
$133.50 (more than 45 days in advance of your event)
$200.25 (less than 45 days in advance of your event)
$266.75 (15 days or less in advance of your event)

Vehicle Access Fee (key required.) $74 per vehicle (2 passes max per permit)
Key Deposit (refundable if key is returned by the Wednesday following your event.) $110

Hoyt Arboretum Security Deposit (refundable) $275

Pricing is valid through December 31, 2026. Rental and application fees for Hoyt Arboretum facilities are subject to change.
